In this newsletter, we cover items including registration, race schedule, ski cross, and, but of course, COVID!
This email version does not contain everything. In order to keep the email version brief, we have removed some items. The topics that we have included in this email are the ones in bold with an asterisk beside them. Registration 2020/2021

 
Registration for the upcoming ski season is underway. Head over to the website here to register if you haven’t already! October 31st is the deadline for early registration. All registration must be complete by November 30th. 

Once you have registered, please be sure that you have paid GKHAT on or before October 30. We are accepting payment by e transfer or cheque. Please communicate with us any issues regarding payment at info@gkhat.ca. Timely payment is important to allow hiring of coaches before the season begins.

GKHAT Auction

 
With registration underway, all members need to get thinking about our upcoming online auction. All families must provide at least one item. Donate an item for the auction, or better still, get sponsorship from a company or vendor. Be creative! Any item or service that is ski or non ski related is welcome. If you know of a company that would like to actively sponsor GKHAT, please contact us at info@gkhat.ca to get more information. Follow these links to get an auction letter for Golden and Area or for Calgary and Area to print off and give to businesses you request donations from. If you need a letter for sponsorships, please use this letter.

COVID and the Ski Season

 
As we are all aware, this ski season may present different challenges due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to adapt to the changing situation to keep our athletes and coaches safe while having the best possible ski season. Please see the GKHAT website for updates as things change; our latest update being here.
