GKHAT Auction
Hi GKHAT Families,
The snow is on the ground; time to get ready for the 8th Annual GKHAT Online Auction on November 15th to 23rd. In the past 7 years, we have raised over $105 000 with our online auction and want to celebrate our success by making this the biggest auction ever! We've averaged over $16,000 over the last seven years.
To do this, we need items to bid on! Gift certificates, hotel stays, golf swag, family entertainment, services, event tickets, and activity passes.... There are SO many great ideas. Use your connections, ask your employer, donate some time or goods from a company or hobby you have... Auction items are due by November 14.
You may download a donation letter that you can print and use when you reach out to businesses in your community. Any company or business making a donation will have a link to their website right on the auction page with their donated items. Let everyone know that when they support our team, they support their own community!

- Golden donations can be dropped off at Mountain Motor Sports or to Sarah Short at 403-678-8541 or sshort@gkhat.ca
- Auction Runs November 15-23.
Successful bidders are responsible to arrange pick up of their item by December 14 with either Sarah Short in Golden at 403-678-8541 or sshort@gkhat.ca or Tracy Van Zalingen in Calgary at 403-909-7395 or tvanzalingen@gkhat.ca
Once again, we will offer the option to make a monetary donation to the club in lieu of an item donation. If you would like to support the team in this way, please contact treasurer@gkhat.ca to arrange an e-transfer or to discuss other payment options.
REMEMBER ALL ITEMS ARE DUE BY NOVEMBER 14 to give us time to process and enter them for the auction launch on November 15.
