GKHAT Auction
Hello GKHAT Families,
This email is being sent out to you and is marked urgent because we have not received donations from many families. In order for the online auction to achieve its goals and to be a success, we require that items are provided. Once you do have your item, you can complete the online form to let us know what you have provided well before you actually provide the actual item.
Keep in mind that in surveys in previous years, the auction was chosen as a preferred means of raising funds for the club in place of actual changes in club fees.
- IMPORTANT DATES:
- Auction items Due: November 14.
- Calgary Drop Off: Contact Tracy Van Zalingen at 403-909-7395 or tvanzalingen@gkhat.ca
- Golden Drop Off: Mountain Motor Sports or to Sarah Short at 403 678 8541 or sshort@gkhat.ca
- Auction Runs: November 15-23.
Once again, we will offer the option to make a monetary donation to the club in lieu of an item donation. If you would like to support the team in this way, please contact treasurer@gkhat.ca to arrange an e-transfer or to discuss other payment options.
REMEMBER ALL ITEMS ARE DUE BY NOVEMBER 14, to give us time to process and enter them for the auction launch on November 15..
